Physicians with primary insurance from HIC are entitled to a premium discount of 5% if they have completed an approved risk management continuing medical education course.

Policyholders can request HIC's risk management staff to provide on-site educational programs. Available topics include: medical record documentation, informed consent, communications and other pertinent risk-related issues. Actual case studies are presented as well as current risk management techniques. HIC also can assist you in developing and customizing your own programs.
