HIC has served the insurance needs of the medical community since 1987. Over the years, HIC has maintained a commitment to personal service, competitive rates and security for its policyholders.

HIC has a long-standing relationship with five hospitals in the New York City area. We provide more than 1,200 Voluntary Attending Physicians with Primary Professional Liability Insurance. Several of New York’s most highly regarded long-term care facilities are HIC clients as well.

HIC also underwrites Excess (Section 18) Professional Liability Insurance for physicians throughout New York State.
